NOT SPONSORED, ENDORSED, OR ADMINISTERED BY ANY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM (INCLUDING X/TWITTER, META/INSTAGRAM, TIKTOK, OR GOOGLE).
The “GMT-Master II Giveaway” (the “Sweepstakes”) is intended for legal residents of the contiguous United States & D.C. and governed by U.S. law. Void where prohibited.

ELIGIBILITY
Open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous U.S. states & D.C., 18+ at time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and immediate household/family members of Sponsor / Administrator are not eligible. Void in AK, HI, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and where prohibited.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
Begins [9/20/2025 12:00 AM Central Time] and ends [12/15/2025 11:59 PM Central Time] (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
Sponsor’s server is the official time-keeping device. Sponsor may close entries early if the slot cap is reached (see “Slot Cap & Sellout”).
HOW TO ENTER (SLOTS SYSTEM)
Overview: Entries are called “Slot Entries” (“slots”). Each eligible product lists the exact number of slots it grants. Examples:
- Hat = 1 slot
- Hoodie = 2 slots
- Premium Pack (digital product) = 5 slots
Other digital “slot” products grant the stated number of slots on their product page.
1) Online Purchase (Slots via Products)
During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible purchases at www.vaultwatchclub.com automatically receive the number of slots shown on the product page at the time of purchase.
Taxes, shipping, discounts, and canceled/returned items do not generate slots.
Bonus Multipliers (e.g., 2x, 5x, 10x) may be announced on the Website; when active, they apply to all qualifying product slots purchased during the posted bonus window.
2) Free Alternative Method of Entry (“AMOE”) – No Purchase Necessary
To enter for free, legibly hand-print on a 3" × 5" card: your full name, mailing address, phone number, email, date of birth, and the statement:
“Vault Watch Club GMT-Master II Giveaway – Free Entry Request: 1 Slot Entry.”
Mail in a #10 envelope with proper postage to:

Each valid AMOE counts as one (1) slot entry.
Postmark by: 12/15/2025 (11:59 PM CT) and received by: 12/18/2025.
AMOEs must be hand-written by the entrant, mailed individually (no bulk shipments), and contain all requested information. Mechanically reproduced / automated entries are void. Requests for receipt confirmation will not be acknowledged.
Clarity: There is no “$1 = 1 entry.” The number of slots per purchase is pre-set and displayed on each product page, and AMOE grants 1 slot per valid mail-in (with any active multiplier applied equally).
SLOT CAP & SELLOUT
The GMT-Master II Giveaway is capped at 900 total slot entries (combined across purchase and AMOE).
Sponsor may close entry early once 900 valid slots are assigned and will conduct the drawing as scheduled or within a commercially reasonable period thereafter if additional verification is required.
If the cap is not reached by the end of the Sweepstakes Period, the drawing will still occur from all valid slots issued.
ENTRY VERIFICATION ; RETURNS ; FRAUD
Sponsor may verify eligibility and compliance. Canceled / returned orders void associated slots. Attempts to obtain slots by fraud, automation, bulk-mailing services, or non-compliant AMOE will result in disqualification and possible ban from future promotions. Sponsor may adjust slot counts to correct posting or systems errors.
PRIZE
Grand Prize (1): Rolex Oyster Perpetual GMT-Master II, Oystersteel, 40 mm, black dial, green/black Cerachrom bezel insert in ceramic, Reference 126720VTNR.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $11,650 USD.
Prize awarded “AS IS” with no warranty by Sponsor. Brand / manufacturer warranties, if any, are solely from the manufacturer. Rolex is not a sponsor of this Sweepstakes.
No substitution or transfer permitted except by Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. Winner responsible for all taxes and fees.
WINNER SELECTION & ODDS
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about December 15, 2025 from among all valid slot entries issued.
Odds = number of valid slots held by an entrant ÷ 900 (or ÷ total valid slots issued if fewer than 900).
Potential winner will be notified via email and/or phone and must respond within two (2) business days.
Sponsor reserves the right to conduct the drawing within a commercially reasonable period following the close of the Sweepstakes Period if additional verification is required.
WINNER VERIFICATION ; TAXES
Potential winner must complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility / Liability & Publicity Release and IRS Form W-9 (U.S.) within three (3) days of notification. If documents are not timely returned, if the potential winner is ineligible or non-compliant, or if notifications are undeliverable / unanswered, prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate.
Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes; Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 for the ARV.
PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited, winner grants Sponsor the right to use winner’s name, likeness, and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes, without additional compensation.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical issues, or other causes impair its integrity or feasibility. Any attempt to damage any website or undermine legitimate operation is a violation of law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver.
RELEASE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants release Sponsor, its affiliates, and agents from any claims arising out of participation or prize use, including (without limitation) technical failures, unauthorized access, printing / administrative errors, or personal injury / property damage. In no event shall Sponsor be liable for punitive, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
DISPUTES
Governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflicts of law. Venue exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas. Entrants waive the right to participate in a class action or to seek punitive damages.
